THE RED ROAD … A Path to Mindful Living is offering a series of
workshops and consulting services. We provide practical and useable education extending beyond the workshop into
daily activities and offer innovative choices for intentional living. In order to gain deeper understanding and
insight and create sustainable change in personal and professional lives, we engage in experiential education,
provide expertise with equine facilitated learning, integrate psychology, ontology, neuroscience, and mind/body
awareness.
THE RED ROAD currently offers experiential
workshops to professionals and organizations, improving innovation and increasing productivity in the workplace.
These innovative workshops are relevant for mediators, attorneys, counselors, judges, social workers, health professionals,
community organizations, teachers, corporate teams, and leaders. Participants will develop a personal and deeper
understanding of constructive and sustainable change for themselves and the people they encounter.
Facilitators
use guided horse activities, journaling, meditation and discussion to develop personal and professional growth.
Sessions in which horses are partners will be centered on focused topics. Participants will NOT be riding horses
and NO horse experience is necessary. The group will observe and learn how they interpret feedback from outside
sources and determine which habitual behaviors benefit them or strand in the way of achieving goals.

schedule this powerful methodology for your group upon request. Modality options include a variety of team building
activities such as, equine assisted learning, whitewater river rafting, and overnight retreats in lovely Northern
California.
